At Mini Monk, we're committed to bringing joy with our Made In India toys and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be happy with every purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.ย ย 

Order Cancellationย ย 

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched. No order cancellation available after dispatching the order. To cancel an order, please email us immediately at customercare@minimonk.in. For all successfully cancelled orders, we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website.ย ย 

Damaged Products & Manufacturing Defectsย ย ย 

We take great care in packaging our toys, but in rare instances, damage may occur during transit or a manufacturing defect might be present.ย ย 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these instructions carefully:ย ย 

  1. Opening Video is Mandatory: You must record an unboxing video of the parcel, clearly showing the item from all angles as you open it. This video is crucial for us to process your claim.ย 
  2. If the product is found to be damaged or defective in the opening video, we willย replace it immediately.ย 
  3. Without an opening video, we will be unable toย assist you with any claims regarding transit damage or manufacturing defects.ย 
  4. Please email the opening video along with your order ID and a description of the issue toย customercare@minimonk.in within 48 hours of delivery.

We deliver to most parts of India within 3-7 business days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Mini Monk cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control and cancellation wonโ€™t be possible once the order is shipped.ย ย ย 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible within the same product and only after verifying the reason for the exchange. The customer will be issued a credit note in case the desired note is not in stock.

In case the product is damaged, we will need a complete opening video to verify the query. Only products that are unused, undamaged, with all original labels and tags completely intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange. All items purchased during a sale, at a discounted price, or using a coupon/gift voucher are non-exchangeable.

All shipping charges for exchange shall be borne by the customer. In case a particular pin code lacks a reverse shipping facility via our courier, the customers are requested to send the product to our facilities themselves.

All the products you receive are - Fresh pieces, Original, Unopened and of High quality.

If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a product, please contact us at customercare@minimonk.in within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.ย ย 

Returns / Refunds

Refunds are generally processed only in specific scenarios such as successful cancellation before dispatch, or if a replacement for a damaged/defective product is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment mode within 4-6 working days, subject to bank timelines.
